I just realized same issue applies to Nitrogen patch test job: https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/releng/job/openflowplugin-patch-test-core-nitrogen/buildTimeTrend <https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/releng/job/openflowplugin-patch-test-core-nitrogen/buildTimeTrend>
So for now it is better to avoid patch test job in master. I will check tomorrow how I can deactivate these csit jobs that are timing out.
