I missed the karaf.log warning about karaf 4. Maybe you meant this:

    NxActionResubmitNodesNodeTableFlowApplyActionsCase for version 4 not found

That seems like some kind of openflowplugin problem (CC'd that dev list).

what version OVS are you using?
