Thanks Charif,

So this is clearly a switch problem that cannot be workaround in controller. I 
would suggest to contact Brocade support (or whoever is supporting these 
switches nowadays) and ask for a fix to get different Datapath IDs, as 
otherwise you will not be able to connect both switches to same controller.
