Dear Anil, I think its an issue in ODL-Oxygen version and when I install odl-restconf feature O/p gives as unsatisfied requirement ( OSGi wiring..........."long log") but when i run feature:list|grep odl-restconf it shows odl-restconf started. Maybe it is the issue but not sure. Then I installed ODL-Nytrogen and it is running perfect and able to connect via mininet.
