What does ofp wait for before it reports status back? Also does the EOS or leader election happen before the ready status is reported? Faseela, same question for genius. Ultimate goal, is we are trying to understand if somewhere along the chain if the leader has been elected so that the SnD is more accurate for when a clustering setup is ready.
