There was a new patchset event and your recheck keyword events. Jenkins
doesn't look particularly loaded, and I don't see any relevant
openflowplugin jobs in the queue. I don't see any recent changes to
openflowplugin JJB. I don't see any suspicious changes to global-jjb.

I see other people talking about jobs not being triggered, like here:

Maybe Jenkins needs to be kicked? I'm not sure.
