Great. This is exactly how the process should work. The community polices 
itself. If anyone comes across a service that seems to violate the OFL, those 
who have a vested interest (mainly the font designers) should contact them and 
suggest how they could fix the situation. We've done that a few times, since we 
have fonts out there too.

That's a far more sustainable and healthy model than expecting the license 
maintainers to become the font police. Of course, we're happy to give advice, 
answer questions about details and best practices, and document the answers in 
public docs.
