Most visitors of devnet are just using the qt libraries. I would say the
CONTRIBUTOR badge comes with the first accepted commit? (or first few commits)

I'd say that the badge should be "APPROVER". Anyone who makes any contribution
to DevNet is a contributor, so that badge would apply to everyone :)
