It would be great if you could regenerate the changeset with a log message that
summarizes the changes and mentions the bug numbers fixed by the changes, and
also mentions the OCA number (something like:
"Covered by contributor agreement OS####" - replace OS#### with the number you
received).
You may also want to change the user name/mail address in the changeset to whatever you want to
show up in the commit log (either by modifying your .hgrc before you regenerate the changeset,
or by running hg commit --user "Your Name<your@mail>").
And it would be good if you could copy a CDDL license header into
CSharpAnalyzer.java and Consts.java.
That should be it. :)
When you've sent an updated changeset, I'll push it to the repository.
By the way, in your first email you wrote the following:

I'm not sure exactly which problem this is (I don't use IE regularly myself),
but I see we have this IE-related bug in the bug tracker:
