When searching via opensearch in an environment where OpenGrok/Tomcat is behing
Apache's mod_proxy the searches go to the URL specified in the proxy
configuration (yes the URL no one is supposed to see).
Also, with some opensearch engines stored before converting the instance to
mod_proxy I am seeing some weird encodings of strings, e.g. from ':path' it
produces 'path%3AMakefile', effectively breaking such search as well.
It looks like opensearch code should be more proxy friendly.
