Thanks to the way how Filter class works, the default list in IgnoredNames
after changeset 1275:affabbacf51c (bug 18655) causes breakage for some source
code trees, namely for these which contain stuff like 'bin' and 'usr.lib' in
their paths.
Therefore the entries for bin and .lib should be removed until proper fix
(19180) is in place (still, the 'bin' entry should be removed forever because
commonly such directories are used to store shell scripts, for example).
