Thanks I have the cvstree from cvs server exported To opengrok server and is available on opengrok server As /cvsroot.
I changed my CVSROOT to :local:/cvsroot Then removed the indexes and reran run.sh Redeployed source.war but still not luck. History and Annotate are still greyed out.
