I have an odd experience with big zip/targz/bzip files & big jar files 
(e.g. weblogic installer ;) )
I had to put the files into ignore section , since opengrok couldn't 
unzip & index them ... I didn't try to fix this because of lack of time 
... ignore did work perfectly ;)
