I think we have a caching problem of css files here ... we should fix
it prior release ... (we cannot ask everybody to refresh their pages,
the browser should refresh itself ...)
I think Bruce Furber reported similar thing on IE8 ...
let me create a bug and send you guys the number so you have a
reference ... and this is imho a stopper
