A while back I very carefully followed the directions for deploying opengrok using apache tomcat version 6.0.29 and the OS I am working with is debian 5.0 SO I followed the steps in setting up opengrok..... I installed the tomcat, I moved the source code to the correct place, and when I got to the step that is supposed to is supposed to deploy the opengrok with the command:
# bash run.sh (I called bash recursively) I got this java runtime error: http://pastebin.com/CQMHrnBY Any ideas how to fix this?
