Hi guys
This will be a "patch" release to 0.11, mainly fixing its problems with
not properly showing/searching for some files (because of too wide
default ignored files that slipped into 0.11) and mitigating a
filedescriptor leak for eftags reader.

List of bugs fixed in this release:
19184 README file contents are not displayed anymore in directory listing
19175 OpenGrok shell script does not merge configuration with default
when using OPENGROK_CONFIGURATION
19178 Too many open files - related to dtags.eftar
19180 default list in IgnoredNames needs to be more strict
19188 if filename has ":" in its name, the link to it from xref will be
wrong
This release is completely compatible with 0.11 , but we suggest to
start the indexer upon update, so it will find the ignored directories
and makes the index complete (no need to index from scratch, this is a
minor update).
Thanks for testing ... I will release this once the internal testing
will finish (cca 3-4 days) and no one from community will object

P.S. this is technically 0.11 with some patches from trunk(and without
new lucene), I will be pushing it to main repo and tag it as 0.11.1 once
released, till then I just merge patches from trunk back to it ...
