I'll probably make sure jflex is downloaded automagically like we do
with lucene
- or if someone is keen on doing some copy paste of code and using some
url(probably from maven repo) to download jflex, feel free to send a patch

It looks like you're missing JFlex.jar. You need to download JFlex 1.4.3
from http://jflex.de/ and put JFlex.jar into the lib directory.
