[opengrok] OpenGrok with -w

I want to use -w to change the name of the war file from source to a 
site specific name.
I tried using the ./Opengrok index sourcedir -w /newname/ but OpenGrok 
doesn't take -w as a parameter.
Is there a way around this to change the name for the webapp from source 
to something else?
