Yes, you can, see other SCM parsers, it's pretty straightforward and it
goes down to just figure out the right commands of DMS and put them into
the parser class;

We have already integrated opengrok with clearcase but not with DMS.
If DMS is similar to clearcase, have a look at clearcase*.java files and
feel free to fork, fix and ask for pull request ...
