Maybe the previous/next file got overwritten for some reason (the same filename). Check the file that preceedes/follows the missing file and look at timestamps in CDRs.

Even when there are no calls, the CDR file is created with 0 length. I had a huge call pressure at that hour yesterday. Could that be the problem?
