i have iust had the same question about SimplePasswordAuth as you
asked. and i had put forward the question many days ago,but nobody can help
me .
in the GNUGK manual,it says that libssl should be installed to support
SimplePasswordAuth. but i don't know how to get libssl and install it?
do somebody use SimplePasswordAuth successfully? and write your
operation steps.please!

Hello,
i want the users of my gatekeeper (GnuGK 2.2.4) to authenticate with a
simple password. I tested authentication with "openphone" an
"GnomeMeeting". Both products couldn`t auth at my gk.
Thats what i see in the log:
