1. The password is set during user log in to the gatekeeper
and then automatically sent while making a call. Consult
gnomemeeting documentation for details on setting the password.

3. Well, it depends on how the @ address is interpreted
by the calling app. You need either to register a full user
name ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) at the gatekeeper or make sure the "domain"
resolves to the gk address.
