Hi, I have tryed with "telnet localhost 7000" and "telnet 127.0.0.1 7000" but I always get Access forbidden error.

Try doing "telnet 127.0.0.1 7000" instead. Using the first version the telnet connection will come from the public IP, and not from localhost and will thus be denied.
