do you have to have load on the gatekeeper to see it or does it also
happen for a single call ? I usually see error 12/115 (Operation now in
progress) only on highly loaded machines.

To get through the firewall you are probably defining PortRanges in
your config. Could it be that they are relatively small ? Can you get
rid of them ?

Of course I'd be interested to hear if the issue goes away by
upgrading to 2.2.7, but I'm not aware what change in the code would
address this problem.
