It's not supported, although you can read parts of your config from an SQL
database.
So you can have all permanent information in the file and changing data in the
SQL.

Subject: [Openh323gk-users] Includes in gatekeeper.ini
Is there a way to include data from external files in the gatekeeper.ini?
Here's what I'm trying to do:
in my [Endpoing] section, my local GnuGk is registering as a Terminal with
our state GnuGK and I have a list of the E164 extensions that are typically
located at our facility. I would like to write a script that polled my GK every
so often and updates the list of E164 extensions depending on which endpoints
are registered then tell my GK to reload the config. This would be quite simple
if I could include the E164 extensions from another file.
Thanks,
