Hi,

make sure you compile with large_fdset enabled and configure a number
of rtphandlers. But RTP proxying remains CPU intensive, so the best
thing is to avoid it, if you can.

You could also check if you see a performance difference when using
2.2.7 and report back to the list. 2.2.8 has P2PNAT enabled by default
and that might have an effect on proxy-mode.
