Non of ur messages was readable, all was chinese characters where we do not
have such thing, and even we do not understand chinese language.

Hi,
almost all settings can be read from a database using [SqlConfig], but
you always have to have a config file at least to point GnuGk to the
database. You can also have hybrid setups where some entries are in the
database and some are in a config file.
To see what is in use, look at the config file.
