Earl, the test gatekeeper H.460.23/.24 it compiled in as is by default, but it hasn't the EnableH46023=1 switch set. There are literally dozens of switches I could change, but I need to get the main stream usage tested. If you need a different configuration, you will have to install your own test gatekeeper.
