I should add that this issue does not occur 100% of the time. I have two gatekeepers and it happens nearly 100% on my NATed gatekeeper with a single NIC but rarely on my gatekeeper with 2 NICs.

If I run 2.3.0 with the exact same INI then the call is completed. Any ideas one what the problem may be?
