We have installed gnugk using an internal and external interface.  It is 
working well except for one site that some of the schools want to call for 
virtual field trips.  The site says we are the only location that has had 
issues.
We cannot see or hear the far site, but they can hear and see us.
Here is our config.  Any ideas as to what the issue could be is 
appreciated.
