This list has been in existence for one week now and there are about 50 subscribers. Welcome. The critical number of participants for a list of this type between 100 and 200. At that point, conversations continue and the list becomes a good resource for finding information and contacting people. I plan to do some publicity work with the Health Informatics press to spread the word about this mailing list and to grow it's membership. This is a slow process and will take a few months to have effect. Please be patient.
