Thomas, You mentioned: >I'm in the midst of translating the diagrams to UML. I can potentially >also make the documents available in HTML - is this the format you >prefer? (HTML will of course preserve on the most basic formatting). We >do them in PDF so that everyone can read them (for free) and know exactly >what the intended form of the document was. I would be very interested in seeing some of your early UML files. What format are they stored in? (ie - do I need Rational Rose?) Do you have any of these UML files available yet for downloading? Steve ps - The COSMOS project on SourceForge is seeking to develop similar set of UML files. COSMOS is also using an Open-Source [ UML -> source stubs/skels ] program called ArgoUML which uses XMI (XML-ified UML) as a storage format and it looks pretty interesting. The COSMOS homepage is currently at: http://mars.he.net/~amarcelo/cosmos/index.html > >> VistA could potentially be translated to the GEHR models and that the >> attempt might be illuminating to both. >> >> I was also strongly reminded in GEHR's archetypes and templates of >> COSTAR's frames.
