Yes we can host the list.
Re developing countries...I have been trying to get WHO's attention for
almost a year now but my contacts there have not been helpful. Let's use six
degrees of separation, surely among the list there are folks who know folks
who know key people in developing countries. The World Bank is another
organization that should be interested as well as UNESCO.
