I think there is much to be derived from a discussion of this sort particularly for those responsible for shaping policy. There is probably very little comprehension on the part the countries around the world about the affect of OSS health software on the forth comming century. The current econmic models need to be reviewed to see how they apply to individual economies. Technology strategies can be supplied by individuals in the Information Technology Management schools.
