In order to promote our existence to a wider audience I believe we at least need a mission statement. I know we all do not want to get too formal, but I think this is essential. Distilling many of the posts here I have this proposal for our mission statement: "Promote Open Source Health Care Information System Solutions". It's very generic, it doesn't get bogged down in any 'religion' and it says what 'I' think we intend to do.
