Chris,

Yes it is feasible.....but this section from the publications guidelines you
reference below posed set off some warning bells given what OSHCA is all
about....I'm in a rush so haven't put my "legal" hat on....I would like to
tap into our living expert system and ask the list what they think...would
this clause on copyright, copywrong for OSHCA to participate in?

"Copyright: Manuscripts submitted to IHA for publication must not be under
consideration or published elsewhere. A letter, signed by the lead author,
stating that the submission has not be published or is not under
consideration for publication elsewhere must accompany all manuscripts
submitted to IHA. This letter may be submitted as an e-mail attachment
provided the lead author's signature is included. Alternately the letter can
be sent by fax to the HISA office. This letter is not required for abstracts
or proposals but manuscript will not be sent to referees without this
letter.
IHA holds the sole copyright on all accepted manuscripts. However,
the author(s) can use part or whole of the publication for other research
and scholarship purposes on the proviso that the source and copyright owner
(IHA) are properly acknowledged. Author(s) remain responsible for any views
expressed in a manuscript that is published." www.hisa.org.au HISA
Publishing Guidelines

Cheers,

Joseph
