well john I understand Horst opinion but he then presume effectivly
presume that the net is not THE standard solution for medical data.
If the net is the only way we'll communicate and work, sure
apache/php/java is our solution.
If it is not (problems of national susceptibility, security, low net
development...) we will work for a minority...
I prefer thinking the net will be our future...
