Karsten,
I don't know of any direct comparisons of the two domains from an
application perspective. Your best bet would be to look at the Vista
application suite and compare it to what you find in a doctor's
system....that should give you a good sense of what the differences are.
The other perspective is to just think about how a hospital and private
practice are different. I suggest Vista because it is extensive and easy to
see what is in it at a detailed level....not for any other reason.
