Bush has made it very clear that he is against "regulation". I assume that
things like stopping at red lights and driving on one side of the road will
be exempt from this prejudice (although they do cost the taxpayers an
enormous amount of money each year to enforce), but I wouldn't be surprised
at all if HIPPA as we have come to know it over the past few minutes will
not survive for long.
