Nope. Goes far beyond the scope of this. The "notary" above is just a simple
time stamp service.

Ours builds up a queriable database of strong cryptographic message digests
of your
health record backups on the server side *and* does the backup & digital
signature & encryption of the backup on the client side. No cheating
possible. The goal is to establish water proof evidence for court cases to
prove that an electronic health record has not been altered.

The client user interface is similar to Winzip and dead easy to use. We hope
that this increases compliance.

The server will not be a public time stamp server, but part of the medical
infrastructure in each country. In Australia, hopefully the "Divisions of
General Practice" will provide this service. As it requires only minimal
bandwidth and hardly any hard disk space, this service could be run at no
(or minimal) cost to the public health system.
