Yes, that's right. Sorry I put out such a weak link (pun intended).
If you do a web search on the code name the DOD has come up
for this attack (moonlight something) you find much more info.
I have since discovered that while the main thrust of the
article is reasonable, it seems to be part of a long running
attempt by the DOD to get more money for their info-war
operations as well as create a shift in opinion towards the
new military doctrine of high technology (replacing
overwhelming force).
This story is actually not very new at all...
