Although I am by no means an expert on these matters I suggest
you might want to have a look at Open Content licenses such as
the GNU Free Documentation License (FDL) or the Design Science
License (DSL).

I would be most interested in reading your ideas so it would
great if you posted an URL when you see fit.

It may be interesting for you to know that there are (at
least) two project libraries out there: LMN Project Library is
to be found under http://www.linuxmednews.com/projects, OIO
Project Library is to be found under http://www.txoutcome.org
(go to Projects at the bottom). The latter includes a category
"User visions" under "Reading Materials". Maybe your website
has some association with that range of ideas ?
