I know it has a half life of six hours and that nadolol has a half life of 24 hours making it so, if you take atenolol once a day, you're withdrawing from beta-blockade half the day. But I thought the argument against poor old nadolol was that it was not selective. I only bring this up to show how really tricky this is. John
