Looks suspicious.
6-8 weeks for shipping seems a bit long to me. Sure looks like they are trying to
raise some operating capital. Normal shipping takes at most 1 week if they really have
inventory in stock.
Furthermore, a quick search via Google shows that they may be in violation of GPL:
