Yeah, there is one that isn't open source, but is already setup, costs 
nothing, supports group calendaring, multiple log ins and is available 
everywhere there is a web browser.  It is called MyPalm: 
http://my.palm.com/  If you have no budget, this is a possible solution. 
 Working off the net and on an Intranet is a problem in addition to it 
being free in the GPL sense.
