M$'s letter is pretty funny (well, if you find funny
the way some people can distort things >:-} ), specially where he claims
that the gov. O.S. Bill is "unfair" toward M$, as it would not let THEM
compete in the market 'cause they won't give the code. :-)
Boy, it makes me wonder how easily can they be put out of business
if this claim is true :-)))))))
The Bill is quite interesting. Here in Argentina, some of our
representatives are trying to pass a similar Bill (in fact, the Peruvian
is based in the Argentinian's, but they've moved pretty faster :-), and
people from some local LUGs are helping to write it. If you are
