Hello Andrew et all. I just wanted to insert a little "mot juste" here to
affirm that Minoru does not censor messages! True, where there is be a
breach of list rules, we do send a message to the poster saying
"oops--there is a problem", I can honestly say that this is very very
rare indeed.

Also, sorry for the lateness in this note. We've been *very* busy and only
just returned to the office after loads of work in Greece these past 4/5
days.
