Hi Tim, Thanks for the reply. In case you misunderstood my communication, my intention is not to accuse or fault, but to offer help. From looking at the OSHCA 2002 agenda on your site, I noted items that are clearly wrong and require further work before our meeting next week. I pointed them out - with the hope that the information will be helpful to you/us. At the same time, I asked nicely how I can be of help. No big deal if you mis-read my message, I know you must be quite overwhelmed with all the work involved with running the OpenParadigmes. I deeply appreciate everything you, Joseph, and Dr. Shaw are trying to do for OSHCA. > > and I don't have the time nor > > inclination to work out the programming necessary to make it > > automatically stay in synch. But I do. :-) Please please please let me help. ... > I NEVER intended this to be "THE" agenda site. Sorry Tim. All the URL's on every OSHCA-2002 related page point to your site. I was not involved in negotiating this arrangement for you - so, I am sorry to hear that you never volunteered to host the "Dynamic OSHCA 2002 agenda". ... > The oshca.org site is not available to anyone outside of Minoru for > editing. I see. As I said, I do appreciate your willingness to help. I am not faulting you - just trying to fix the situation. ... > Nowhere did I say I was not responsible. Well, that's a pretty interesting logjam. > There are many things that go into scheduling all that stuff including > working with the host. Tim, all I am asking is to add the abstract for my session back - and work out inconsistencies in the agenda (e.g. 2 of OIO sessions with the same title). Certainly, I will volunteer to get approval from the "host" if I am doing something that require that type of coordination. What is the big deal? > I was not involved and therefore do not have the knowledge required to > responsibly make those changes. The abstract was present on your site but gone when I checked yesterday. I don't know when/how it disappeared. If you are using Zope to host this, you should be able to use the "history" feature and roll-back the edit. Need help with that? > It is rude to be upset when you complain at this point Tim, that is a rude mis-characterization AND I resent that. :-) I can understand that the agenda still needs work, but I am not satisfied with your response. If you need help - just ask. > that your email has gone over 24 hours and not been answered when you > have had weeks to request changes. Sorry, I must have missed the deadline for identifying mistakes on the agenda and requesting changes <vbg>. > Dr. Shaw has been traveling and is now in Boston. Is there anything I can do to help? Best regards, Andrew --- Andrew P. Ho, M.D. OIO: Open Infrastructure for Outcomes www.TxOutcome.Org
