If my oppinnion counts in whole discussion then I will tell you my experience with a Vista implementation in a medical center with 200 users.

Few data: medical center has few location spread across city and user interface is CHUI. I did not encountered any resistance when system implemented.

Users age vary from 20-60 years and based on my experience just one thing really matters and this is if the application suits their business needs and allow them to deliver on-time in a cost efficient manner.

I guess the most natural interface has no click or touch but speach recognition. Maybe somebody will try to add to VISTA a speach recognition interface and then will fly.
