Hello Horst, I had thought that Kylix was open-sourced but imagine my surprise when I researched Borland's Kylix page! The Kylix Open Edition allows you to create GPL Target applications but it appears that it is a proprietary license itself. I checked the Interbase page and once again I was sadly mistaken.
